Assistant Director Alumni Engagement, MCG

The Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement for the Medical College of Georgia (MCG) is responsible for developing and implementing strategic alumni engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships between alumni and the institution. This position serves as the primary liaison for MCG alumni engagement efforts, building partnerships with college leadership, faculty, students, and alumni volunteers to advance engagement goals.

The Assistant Director leads the planning and execution of regional alumni events and programs designed specifically for the MCG alumni community, fostering meaningful connections and increasing alumni participation. The role also develops and manages a comprehensive alumni volunteer program, including recruitment, training, stewardship, and recognition of alumni volunteers who support engagement, mentorship, student recruitment, advocacy, and philanthropy initiatives.
